We provide multiple solutions for Tier 3 disaster recovery.
As part of our service, we make daily backups of your virtual machines with a standard 30-day retention. These are quiesced snapshots of your virtual machines. Backups are made to a separate backup SAN consisting of RAID 1+0 SCSI disks. Entire virtual machine recoveries as well as file-level recoveries can be made.
We are also a Platespin partner and can provide daily Physical to Virtual conversion of your on-premise physical servers for Disaster Recovery. Virtual to Physical conversion can also be performed in the case of a disaster recovery, or post-disaster conversion from a running virtual machine acting as your production system to your new on-premise production physical hardware.
We do not offer managed Tier 2 or Tier 1 disaster recovery solutions yet, however, customer-managed continuous backup solutions can be implemented. |
